Reading the rebuttal posted by the Inphonics employee who is "... From the office of the president" of the company, I couldn't help but almost fall out of my chair laughing.
His oh-so-earnest promise of helping the umpteenth customer who has been scamed by this shameless company out of legitimate rebates must be the company's latest version of their standard Bombay-based "customer service" assurance of "escalating this matter to our rebates department for further investigation."
Do we look that stupid???
To A1 Wireless, Firefly, Inphonic, or whatever name they are using this week, I simply say, Fulfill your rebate obligations in accordance with your advertised/published policies, or SHUT YOUR BUSINESS DOWN. Now. Shame on you! Stop ripping consumers off!
