I bought an electric fireplace from Firefly, online, July 29. After a year's worth of numerous phone calls and attempts to get the product that was charged to my card the same day, the website is down and the phone number is no longer in service.
Over a dozen emails went unanswered. Phone call attempts only frustrated me further by an owner with a sob story and a promise for the next month. Every time I called, "give us till next month or we can sell you one we have in stock but it will be more expensive"
Bait and switch came to mind.
They owe me a fireplace or they owe me $564.00, and would appreciate any assistance in this manner.
