I purchased a microwave and an extended warranty from ABC. After 15 months, i pulled the handle to open the MW and it broke and came separatedfrom the door. When I called for service to get it fixed, I was told "it's not covered because it broke"... REALLY??? What does the $80 extended warranty cover, things that don't break? The customer service person also tried to explain it this way "well, it broke when you pulled on it so its not covered". When i asked how i'm suppose to open the MW without pulling on the handle, my obviously "illogical" question was met with stunned silence. All i can say is don't by from this company, and if you must, don't waste your money on an extended service plan.
