I would understand Safe National America if they at leastput some effort into satisfying their customers, after all were making goodpurchases. I bought a projector and an HD TV. The former has several defectswhich I found really bothering; one had defective pixels, defeating my purposeto make great office presentations. Another is that I cant regulate thebrightness. When I took the chance to report all these defects, they keptlinking the call from one person to another. Whats really frustrating is Ihave to sign up a few papers before they can actually replace the product. Thatwould take probably about two weeks. I cant just afford a delay, my time isprecious and they dont seem to grasp that. What a waste of time, money, effort. Ive never been disappointed this far.
