Shame on me, because Safe National of America fooled me
twice. The first time was when I bought a GPS.
The Map won't reload. I reported
it to Safe and they were quite hesitant to replace it but since it was
obviously there fault I had my way with it. The second purchase, which was a
projector by the way, had worse problems. Well, it won't power up. We tried it
at Safe and it did. So they concluded, it's probably because of the voltage in
my place. So when I tried it on my office, it was shocking to find that the
rest of the projectors are working and mine wouldn't. I said it had to be the projector. I went
back to Safe National America and I was completely out of my wits dealing with
the worst customer service. Nobody ever dared to give me options. They said if
I want the technician should check it.
They've got to be kidding me. I bought the projector for a good price,
shouldn't I get what I paid for. No
words can explain my outrage. I'm checking
it with a technician. Just so ever he finds something wrong with the projector,
I'm going to throw it into their faces.
