I had booked this company to come wire my house with RG6 and CAT5 cables. They were suppose to be at my house on Saturday Jan 15 at 9am. At 10am on the Saturday they still were not at my house so I tried to call them to find out that there is no answer. I must have called over a dozen times for 2 hours. Finally at around 1pm he returned my call to tell me that one of the installers did not show up to work because he was out late the night before and got really drunk.

He then guaranteed me that he will come on Sunday to my house with a different installer and they will definatley be at my house by 9am. At about 915 they showed up to the house and I spent 20 minutes to tell them where I want all the wires run to and on which walls. They did not write anything down but they said that is not a problem.

They then proceeded to go up into the attic and spent about 20-30 minutes up there. I then saw them both go to their truck which I thought they were going to go get their wires and tools. 1 hour later I realized that they had left my house. I then called them and they told me that they ran into a problem but went to Home Depot to figure out another way to run the cables, and they would call me back within 1 hour. 3 hours later I started to call them and there were no answer to the phone and again they were not returning my calls. I have never dealt with a company that doesn't show up or walk off a job site without saying anything.
