Messy Geek - bad service

The geek at Best Buy on 850 Cobb Place Blvd NW has deliberately messed up my lap my working laptop within 5 minutes time and left it for dead claiming it need to be fixed during a two days period of time for an amount of $ 192.00. It only needed to have the short cut icons restored on desktop but I ended up having a non working computer and immediately going to the next door competition to buy another Sony Vaio. My disabled Acer is still in the closet a stark reminder of what has became of America.
