Purchased Lenovo Laptop and Wireless Router last November failed to work Wireless Internetconnection for 3 weeks and after Safe National of America Support failed to get it working, returned Laptop and Router to them. Received Voice message from them indicatingthey received my return for a full credit on my Account. However Safe National of America Financial hasrefused to full credit my account and will not investigate or assist indetermining why my account was not issued a full credit. They are rude and hardto work with, I have given up hope in resolving issue on my own. Beware of Safe National of America, they are not customer friendly.
