Theyre wise but their consumers are wiser. If they think they could trick people into believing that their product is good, theyre mistaken. Well, I bought two humidifiers last week and sad thing about it is it has not yet been shipped. The company called me a day after the agreed shipping time that they had a problem with the stocks. It was sold out but I havent been told about it or have been notified beforehand for that matter. Their customer service is a bust.
