Purchased new LG Fridge from sears online 11/14. Shipped 11/16. Frig never got cool. Technician arrived and recommended us to possess it swap-out for another fresh on. This occur 11/27/10. Had same problem frig wouldn't proceed below 45 degrees. Named Sears plus they stated they'd deliver a different one out. I declined and had faulty frig acquired on 12/05/10. Afer many calls wondering concerning the cridit to become put-back on my charge card I had been informed this requires 7 to 10 times. Nicely after 10 times nevertheless didn't obtain my credit, called back the 800-697-4313. I expected for Norma as she explained to talk to notice again if my credit didn't appear. I used to be informed she'd contact me back (never occur) Named again today and was informed they'd resubmit my credit and it'll consider another 7 to 10 days. The disappointment my loved ones and that I had, from lacking a functional fridge for three months was frustrating, we dropped food our Christmas was destroyed, today more disappointment looking to get my hard earned cash back from the SEARS.
