Very poor costomer service - refrigerato

Hello, my name is rudolph sloane. I purchased a refrigerator on the 4th of july from the sears located in the franklin mills mall 1357 franklin mills circle phila. Pa. I had aproblem with the refrigerator, i called and asked if if i could get a full refund, i was told to bring the merchandise and my receipt for a full refund. I borrowed a freinds truck and returned the frig. When i presented my receipt, i was told that i had to wait 7 to 10 days for a check to come in the mail. I was mislead. I was under the impression that since i paid cash, that i would be getting my $456.76 cash back. I was powerless so i went along with what i was told. (i still needed a frig). Every month i go to the sears in upper darby p. A 150 s 69th st to pay my discover card bill. At that time i saw a frig that would suit my needs. So since at franklin mills would not give me my cash, i had to borrow money from a freind, so that i could go to the sears in upper darby p. A to purchase the frig that i saw there. Once i picked out a frig, they told me that i could not buy it that all of the refrigertators were just for display and that earliest that i could get the the refrigerator that i wanted was august 15th today is july 31st. I asked howevrto speak with a manager, he said the same thing. I explained to him that i just returned a faulty product that i brought from franklin mills and that it was emergent that i buy a refrigerator, and that i borrowed a truck, and that i have diabetes, i work 6 days a week and that i need to buy i frig. Finally a manager allowed the sales person to sell me a frig. (NOT THE ONE I DESIRED) but i had a refrigerator. I understand that i brought the first frig from a outlet store and that the store in upper darby p. A is a retail store, however i feel that if a customer had a problem with the merchandise that they brought from a sears location and having to wait for 7 to 10 days to get there refund and is in dire need of a frig, i feel that any sears location should accomadate that customer. I felt disrespected. I should have been allowed to buy the refrigerator of my choice. There should be signange that at the point of purchase (pop) that the refrigerators are just for show. After todays experience, im not sure that i will ever shop a sears again.
