Employee company terrible company buyers beware!

I walked into there store to purchase a phone and was surprised at there lack of selection. I asked one of the associates if this was a regular or corporate store and he told me "yes we just do not have a repair center" (which later on i found out to be a lie) i was looking for the new samsung fascinate and he asks me why i want that phone and then begins telling me how much it sucks and that i should by the htc incredible. I told the associate i just want to look at the phone. Then he tells me he does not have them in stock. Thats when i should of turned and walked out the door.

He tells me i have a 30 day worry free gaurentee and i should try out the incredible and see how i like it before i port my number over from att. Ok i thought. My wife purchased a blackberry (already with verizon) and a case, bluetooth and car charger. We left the store not 100% satisfied with our purchase or customer service. The employees are very rude and they kept handing us off to other associates.

After about 4days my wife started having problems with the phone so we brought it back to the store. I dont know what the guy did but he took the phone into the back for about 2minutes then comes back and says "there you go". So we left. The problems were clearlynot solved as the same thing happened on the car ride home (phone rebooting itself). I decided to take the phone to a store closer to my house with a tech on site to have a look. He tells me the phone is a defective phone and should be replaced. But then informs me that the store i bought from was NOT A CORPORATE STORE and i would have to go back to them. This is where the real problems begin.

When i went back to the store to exchange i had to wait near 45minutes because there was only one associate working the whole store. Once it was my turn he looked at the phone and reciept then tells me "o im not the manager i cant exchange this" and tells me he will be in tomorrow at 12pm. So i came back and the manager was still not there. The associate working this time tells me he is running late. So once again i had to come back. The third time i went there the manager was there and i told him i wanted to exchange the phone. He then tells me i have to pay a restocking fee. (even with a defective phone) at this time im ready to return both phones. So i left.

When i came back with my phone and hers to return. Along with the bluetooth, (which had horrible reception) car charger (that you had to hold a certain angle in order to charge) and case (that was loose and sloppy) he tells me that i would need to pay restocking fees on ALL of the items. And that he NEVER said i had a worry free gaurentee. After they charged me near $100 in restock fees (on a defective phone also a phone i was told would have no restock fee and i had a month to "try" it out) he then tells me theres a no return policy on the bluetooth. And shows me a page long paragraph that states this (but was not showed or explained at time of purchase) this store has been the worst store i have EVER been to. There policy is completely different from corporate verizon stores and you would be better of going to them. The nearest is only minutes away on higgins and meacham. DO NOT LET THESE CROOKS STEAL YOUR MONEY (which takes a month to get back in the form of a check. No matter how you pay) do not be fooled, i was also misquoted they will charge you 350 dollars on phones corporate has for 300. Save yourself your money and time and just go to a corporate store.
