This May I purchased a new LG GR500 (Xenon) cell Phone from this company They only offered a 30 day warranty. I thought I was ok being it was a new phone I knew AT&T had a 1 year warranty on it.
My screen out a few weeks back. I called AT&T for a Warranty replacement I provided them with the IMEI number and as luck would have it the rep informed me my so called new phone was originaly purchased 4 mons before. I was so pissed I paid! 44.99 for a Used phone.
These scumbags really took me for a long ride down the road to scewville. The phone still had a the OEM plastic film and strips in tacked as if it were BRAND NEW/NEVER USED PHONE, these suckers are good at how they rip you off.
So now I'm stuck with a Phone I can't even use I thought this was a reputable company, boy was I wrong. Please try and avoid this company, as they will screw you as they screwed me.
