I had Dish Network install the Dish and hook it to a bedroom and living room TV. The installers broke off the connector to the bedroom TV. The living room TV's connector's barely hanging on.
I have placed 5 calls to the local office. I do not have an address for them. I e-mailed the company listed on the internet. I received 1 phone call from a gentleman named Louis. He of course promised someone would call within a couple of days. Nothing!!!
Had tech come out to separate Dish Network's cables from Comcast cables. He was supposed to bring a supervisor with him. No one came!!!
He called the company, talked to a supervisor, and told me someone would call within 5 days.
Nothing!!!
I'm a 57 year old woman living alone, and with one income. Had to buy a new TV for the bedroom. I don't know what to do from here. I want some satisfaction. I want my TVs fixed and my new TV paid for. What a gyp this company is and now I'm stuck with them for a year.
