Complaint" I have had Dish network for near 10 years. I sign up with Dish Networks HBO and Showtime for half off for 6 months. OK now I can;t get HD programs anymore. Why call Dish and the first rude guy tries to tell me that I can't get HD on my bedroom TV. I tell him I have been just yesterday. He starts all over with same story he's reading off a monitor. I tell him he is rude and I would like to talk with his supervisor. He goes into telling me he;s not rude and begins reading same story again.
My wife calls back and they go thru haveing her run the complete setup and signal testing which takes 40 minutes. Finally they tell her they can't help her; Tech is to come 4 days later at our expense.By the way they can't tell us what the service life is on our VIP 622 DVR receiver.
