Your employee, Ashley Austin, in the Copaco/Bloomfield, CT store, went well obove the call of duty to help us. We had purchased a $100 mirrir in October from, we thought, your store. It became damaged and we needed to get an exact replacement, but could not find it on any of the web sites. Ashley checked our October purchases and could not find it. We then brought the damaged mirror in and she was able to determione that Home Depot does not carrry it. She checked with the local Lowes and they did, and had several in stock, but not on display. I guess we got the original one there. We went there and were able to purchase our replacement mirror. Many thanks to Ashley for her diligence, care, and concern for a customer!!!
