The magic jack worked for awhile, then every time I tried to use it I had to live chat for hours, usually 3 hrs. Sometimes it would work. Now after 4 days at about 2-3 hours of live chat, it doesn't work at all. They want to send me a new replacement which I have to pay shipping for. This company is a huge rip off and their Costumer service is of no help. Do not waste your money on this, I use a new Mac intel based computer and it does not work with this. Also they have no Mac based support on the web site forcing you to endure hours of a live chat going over the same steps that have not worked. I think if you use a Mac this will not work, so don't even bother. And the company does not want to give me a refund, or anything to make this right. Big rip off, stay away!
