I recently moved back into the US and went to AT&T to reactivate my iPhone which used to be on Pre-Pay. They sold me a new SIM card and even installed it in the iPhone for me and told me to into iTunes to activate it. I later found out that you cannot do pre-pay or "Go Phone" with an iphone anymore. Now AT&T refuses to refund my $107 for a service that is incompatible. On top of that my iPhone is now locked because it is waiting to be activated. Now I have a useless phone.
