I purchased a KVAR unit, an energy saving device, from Ecologenics. The unit would not tie into my electrical panels as illustrated in the instructions. So after only several months, I contacted Ecologenics to return the product. At the time of purchase I was told I could return the product after 1 year if I was not satisfied with it.
Todd Dearth of Ecologenics provided me with the return instructions. I returned the product as instructed but never received the refund. I have left multiple voices messages at several phone numbers and sent many emails at various email addresses to follow up on my refund. It has now been six months and I have yet to hear back from anyone or received my refund.
Todd Dearth is apparently involved in multiple businesses: Ecologenics, Save Power Texas and Southersby Homes. From my experience with Todd Dearth I would not do business with any of his companies.
As far as I am concerned, Todd Dearth is a thief. He took my money under the mask as a business man.
