Terrible communication could not fix Iphone and would not refund money on parts I bought and did not recieve. Springfield, Missouri

I had sent an I phone in to be repaired. I had been told I need additional parts to repar to which I sent additional $106.00 (over and above the $51.75 diagnosis fee) They had the phone for 8 weeks and I finally made contact with them. They offered to refund my money and send back the Iphone. I recieved the Iphone in poor condition and never recieved my money back. These people cannot be trusted and stole my money!
