I returned the KVAR - PU 1200 Energy unit back to Ecologenics for a refund as instructed by the company. I have confirmation that they received the returned unit but I have not received my refund. It has now been more than 3 months since they received the returned product. Todd Dearth of Ecologenics or Save Power Texas or Suthersby Homes has acknowledged that they owe the refund and has stated that they would send me a check in the mail. I have repeatedly followed up and am not receiving any response. They do not answer the phone and will not return calls.
