Sent wrong item, Gave me the run around. Its been 3 months since I ordered my alarm

They sent me the wrong item, and made me wait weeks before I got a response. Finally they said they resend the item and gave me a tracking number.
Its been 3 weeks and the item has not yet arrived. This is THE WORST company I've ever had to deal with EVER online or Offline.
