Still have not received my order!

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I placed my order Monday, May 31st and still have not received a tracking number or my items dispite them charging my card right away. I have been told one too many times to wait 2-3 days. I've already made arrangments with my credit card company to have this taken care of and if these guys think they are going to get any kind of money from a refund or anything, they have another thing coming. Do not do business with this company. I really think they run this thing out of their basement. The phones are constantly busy and the e-mail replies are very poor. I received one that said nothing more than "2-3 Days". I am fed up. I will post an update on how the lawsuit filing went to help out with anybody elses' problems. Do not ever order from this company!
