Purchased a brand new fridge on Memorial Morning along side 3 additional big-ticket products.introduced it house, eliminated the presentation and also the fridge had AN ENORMOUS reduction and damage within the back and both gates had scores about the entrance. Named the Menards store and talked using the General Manager, Jerry Richards. He'd not assist people whatsoever. We questioned him to-order a brand new fridge and provide it to us and consider the broken one back. Well, since we didn't spend to possess it sent the very first time, we'd need to pay him one more $65 for him to provide the brand new fridge. He'd me in holes at the conclusion of our telephone discussion. Really rude and arrogant. We informed him that people might provide exactly what we purchased back and he explained we're able to but he'd cost us a 25% restocking charge. We wound up getting the harm fridge back and requested for the cash. They did provide us our money-back without the $100 refund... That we have not obtained yet!!! And from studying several of those additional articles... I might never get! We went next door to Lowes and purchased a brand new fridge there that they sent FREE OF CHARGE!!! Pity on Jerry and disgrace on Menards!!! Quality customer support is essential to customers and also the Quincy shop is missing.
