TTI Floor Care United States, occasionally known better by their vacuum manufacturer "Dirt Devil" has terrible customer support. To be able to load the machine cleaneris guarantee I was informed I'd to generate 2 1/2 hours (with gasoline costs at $3/gallon) to some fix shop, then after it was examined & decided that it might certainly be anything contained in the guarantee which was wrong withit, I Would need to SPEND to deliver it back... Therefore spend about $60 or even more to deliver back my damaged/dangerous vacuum cleaner. Because the evening I purchased, the Machine has this powerful burning odor, nearly as though there's a fireplace. The gear broke in regards to a month before even though that may have led towards the smell, the odor hasbeen happening for 8 weeks... Well before the gear broke. I told them I had been worried due to the probable dangerous scenario, convinced that these were a socialy responsible organization... I actually donot believe so... It could have nicely simply inflated plus they wouldn't care! I spoke to 7 various rude people for 50 units before 8th individual determined I really could stop the wire and deliver it back using the label about the device plus they are likely to deliver me a brand new one... However now I-donot need the brand new one, I am getting it since I cannot afford to purchase a brand new one, but I intend on never buying this manufacturer again. I am so ashamed by their customer support. Thus ashamed.
