I just got back from a Home Depot store on University Drive in Sunrise, Florida. I tried to find an associate for help in plumbing. There were two unresponsive employees who would not direct me to anyone who could help me. I went to the front of the store to customer service. The person behind the counter tried several times to find someone in plumbing, to no avail. I told her that I would go to Lowe's if she could not find anyone. She just looked at me as I exited the store. There were only several employees to be seen in the store at 8:00 PM in the evening. Sad.
