I bought a straight talk phone from walmart and ive had it for 5 months and i slid it up to open to use my keyboard and it broke from the metal slide. So it only worked on one side and my screen doesn't light up at all and the only thing that lights up is my Keyboard and the keypad. So i called the 1 888 number and they asked if it had ever bee. Dropped. I said yeah but only once, after it had come loose. They told be because it had been dropped you have to buy a new one for $100 some dollars. Yah know what. I don't have money. I'm Broke just like everybody else. It has a One Year Warranty on it too and ive had for 5 months thats stupid that they won't replace it. It's ignorance for them to say they can't when they can.
