Guaranteed Texas Appliance Refund. Bought refridge from Sears at Broadway Square mall on April 16. First shipping May 23, broken item. Delivered back. Reschedule new supply following week. Day came, telephone call item back-ordered 3 months. Fresh shipping time May 18th. 2nd refrigerator came doorway wouldn't close/seal. Delivered. Fresh shipping time May 25. Each shipping with notice to courtesy phone client half an hour just before appearance so we are able to be home from work. Received phone at 11:51 house telephone and 11:52 mobile phone they're on the method with 3rd refrigerator. I reached 12:10 and waited. And waited. 1pm i contact sears shipping plus they stated no body was house to get delivery-so they quit. They didn't provide half an hour discover as guaranteed or decided. Was told would need to reschedule. Declined. Named again and was informed they approached shipping factory and also the shipping people might attempt to return. They're designed to contact and let's understand the moment they obtain the concept. Its been half an hour with no call-back. Named the Sears store. Never got to talk to a supervisor as required. They apologized and stated they'd no control over-delivery. Annoying they cannot manage their very own merchandise shipping. That is merely ridiculus. I'll never purchase another product-there that needs shipping. I've purchased devices there since 1993, but no further.
