I ordered a home phone service and was told the total was 44.95 with activation. Later i recieved a email for a charge of 99.11 i called and canceled and was told the package never went out and my money would be refunded. A week later STILL NO REFUND. I tripped over the device outside my front door. It was still delivered. I sent it back it came back 3 more times. Finally when thet recieved it i was told they need 30 days to inspect a item that was never opened before they can issue me a refund. Keep in mind i was told it had not left there facility. I am a unemployed father of 5 and i just want my 99.11 back. My account was overdrawn because they took more than they were supposed to
