I ordered a DVD set from them and then I decided that I didn't want it anymore. I recieved a Return Authorization Number from them and sent the item back. Ok, the money was supposed to be refunded in about 2 weeks.
A month goes by and I haven't recieved the refund so I contacted them. They tried to tell me that they never received the package! I told them that was a lie, that it was delivered on Oct 8. They still tried to tell me that it wasn't received until I told them what the Delivery Confirmation number was. Then they said they would refund the money within 7-10 days. I'll let you know whether they refund it or not.
