Complete rip off. Return service a complete fraud

In March i bought three dresses online from asos.com. I recieved those three dresses, a few days later i returned the dresses because they were of cheap material and not the right fit. I packaged those three dresses together in one package. I sent the one package to the indicated address for returns with a return note for all three dresses. I registered the package with anpost in Dublin. A few days later it had said that the package was recieved so i discarded my proof of postage as it had cleary shown it was recieved. Then not immedietly but days later i recieved a refund, however the refund was only for one dress, the cheaper of the three. They are claiming that they have not recieved any other dresses. I have spent 105 euro on the two dresses plus the cost of shipping. I have written numerous times and I am being told i need proof of postage or i will not get my money back. This is a complete rip off as they have recieved all three as the package was signed for and they refunded me for one dress at 14.50 how can they claim that they never existed? The return service has been no help at all, the website is hard to use and it is near impossible to get a response from them when you have an issue they just send you an automated email, can i not talk to someone? I will never use ASOS again as they are nothing but thieves.
