The westminster store called law enforcement when we went to the store to try and get your $ back to get a dishwasher that never worked!!! I bought a dishwasher that's never worked precisely and it has also released and broken my house. I bought a Samsung dishwasher (design DMR57LFS) included in a bundle from Appliance Factory Store. The salesman (Ron Goldstone) described when there have been any issues, the shop might ensure it is right. The dishwasher was mounted on 2/10/10. It's never worked correctly. One of the issues - it's released numerous occasions damaging the hardwoord ground, didn't perform total when, melted tumblers & cutting panels on numerous events and does not clear dishes. We've had 5 following fix appointments where we'd to skip work and have experienced at least 20 calls with numerous people within Equipment Manufacturer (and/or their repair-service - Manufacturer Supply) and still haven't had the opportunity to obtain any quality. Ron subsequently agreed to trade the diswasher to get a similar dishwasher so when we went in he'd just change having a dishwasher appreciated at $450 (the Samsung was $800!!). Whenever we informed him we weren't pleased with that, he explained he'd provide us the $ back instead. Whenever we ultimately approved that, he balked and declined after which named law enforcement to possess us taken off the shop!!! We're in the stage where we're no further able to make use of the dishwasher due to a insufficient confidence that it's not going to produce more harm. All we would like is just a dishwasher that works!!!
