Purchased samsung dishwasher and had it serviced five times within four months. Several days of leaving work early, staying at home waiting for repair, etc. Last time svc. Was performed, dishwasher malfunctioned before svc man left my home! Conn's is a rip-off of the highest order and i will never, ever, purchase anything from conn's.
