We bought 3 phone from tmobile from costco - that's time they have promtion about rebate—they pronise will be send back to us $50 rebate for each phone - but unitl now we never received anyhting from them - we still keep and use three phone - all these phone line never shut down - or disconect it - they can check with tmobile phone - all these line still working - now we completely lost $150.00- so today we want to let everybody know - don't buy and don't believed anything about rebate— we don't recoment to all us friend, family, and all us neightboorhood never purchase a cell phone in costco -or do rebate from that's company... Stuartlee...- because they just play game and get your money - after that they turn away& you will lost money like us! So please next time don't do anything rabate!!!
We did attach all file of us copy application -in there show very clearly about rebate (all orginal we did mail to them) that's just copy record we still keep in us files. If any person want to get more information about us rabate, please call us at or email us at
We did contact and email to stuartlee rebate company - but still don't heard anything from them - and on their website don't show any there phone nubmer for us contact. Anyway we not hope will get us money back!
So this is a big lesson for us - don't trust anything about rebate
