I purchased a Pro-106 scanner from radio shack. The sales associate could not program the device. He refused to take it back the next day. I had the full receipt and payed over $500.00 for it. He stated he had to many people bringing items back that day and refused my return. The item was not used and it was under 24 hours old. Radio shack has a 30 day return policy. He was nasty and and very unfair. This happened in Irwin PA at the radio Shack. Do not purchased from them. If your item is defective they will refuse your return even if it 1 day later. I think this company and its Employee Manager should be repramanded.
