Mail in Rebate Ripoff

First of all: Sorry for my english, it still isn't good, I'm from Germany.

This is the first time I had this "mail in Rebate" and nothing works.

I bought a ATX 350W Powersupply at CompUSA with a 20$ mail in Rebate on it. I had to send a photocopy of my reciept, the original rebate form and the original UPC code from the package to Las Vegas. I bought it on 02/21.

I'm still waiting for my rebate and now it seems that my rebate is gone.

I called CompUSA today and they that: without your form we can nothing do for you... We're sorry...
I still have the original reciept, but they said they can not use it.

I had to send this original form! This was the first time - I thought it would be easy to get my money back.

I have still an other mail in rabate open and it seems that there is my money gone too.

I will never ever buy anything with this stupid mail in rebate!

What can I do? Please help.
