Verizon and Costcos purchased a Verizon phone through Costcos and was told I would get a rebate. After waiting 1 month with no rebate I contacted Costcos and Verizon to ask why a delay. They both said they had no control o

I purchased a phone in a Costco's warehouse the phone was a Verizon product. The sales man said I would get a $50.00 rebate credit card just mail in certain items. He made copy's of th items I need to send in. I laced them in the mail 6 days later this was right after Thanksgiving. I contacted Verizon one month later and asked about the rebate. They said I had to go one line and contact Stuart Lee Rebate as they had nothing to do with it. I then contacted Costco s and got the same story. I went to the web sight stuartleerebate.com and see I have no way of contacting them and I am still waiting for the rebate. It is now January 10 I never seen a poorer display of customer service.
