I'd to hold back 3 times to truly have a fix guy repair my washer. He arrived on the Sunday and purchase a component. Another visit was maid for Friday. On Thursday Bestbuy named me and stated the component wouldn't deliver until Friday and that I created a brand new visit for that following Thursday. 24 hours later I obtained the component within the email and that I required a scheduled appointment for today. They'd not come and might just seriously the next morning. Greater than a week with no washer and that I named three distinct times to try to ask them to provide me a loner or even to facilitate the fix. Never got a call-back in the Boss plus they merely didn't worry about my difficulty. The associate supervisor in the shop was also no aid. She'd not really contact to request the fix guy in the future in the beginning Friday. It had been their mistake they didn't understand once the component might come but still these were rude and incredibly uncaring about my issue. NEVER-NEVER can I purchase a from Bestbuy again.
