POOR customer service

Was assume to get 2 freebies for allowing them to arrived at my home. After many weeks of not getting the presents, I named. They stated they'll deliver them immediately. After 4 more months, I called back and quit a note using the assistant. No-call back or something. Lastly, after 17 months and having not obtained a darn point, I named and spoke to some sales person. He explained the presents were no more available. Therefore, I invested (have not compensated however) $1575 with out obtained my GUARANTEED freebies. Obviously, I will not be spending money on the free vacuum that I will have.
