I live here in Denton County and receive a copy of the Texas Coop Power informative magazine every month as I am a customer of the CoServ Denton County Electric Utility.in the July edition there appeared a full page advertisement from the Xium Corporation advertising their revolutionary new type of spilateral TV antenna. The Xium Corporation are apparently located in or near the Lubbock area of Texas.
My existing TV antenna had suffered some damage in the hail storms that we experienced here in April of this year. So I was intrigued by the promise of the Xium product. On their website you can read about their Product Return policy and warranty. Among other conditions it states that no returns will be considered without an RMA #. You have to get the RMA # from the Company after communicating with them beforehand.
I quote from their website:
To inquire about returning an Xium product (s) please call %and speak to a customer service representative. If unable to speak to the customer service representative, please e*mail us at %"
I had a professional team from the local Lewisville Ultimate Electronics store attempt to install the XiumAir TV antenna after my new roof had been put on last month. They tried pointing it in all kinds of angles/directions but could not obtain a TV reception as good as my existing damaged TV antenna. So as far as I am concerned this XiumAir product is a waste of time and money.
I have attempted to contact the Xium Company several times by e-mail and leaving telephone messages at the number of the alleged customer service representative. To NO avail No Response at all. So I am writing to Texas Coop Power Magazine explaining my experience with this company and its product - A Texas Coop Power Advertiser. If you choose to accept advertising from them in the future I suggest that you warn "Texas Coop Power" readers that there actually is a NO RETURN policy as they will never receive any response from the company - thus never able to comply with the Xium companys stated return policy/warranty. You will NEVER be able to obtain an RMA # from the Company.
I should have found this website first.
Report No. 53961 dated 4/22 shows that someone else -Ronald of New Jersey has experience with this Xium company.
