I Purchased an Xium Air "Dish Type" Antenna via the internet in November. The Xium guarantee was full credit if returned within 30 days if returned in the original packaging in very good condition. The return instructions included with the product has a sentence in bold type at the top which reads "We at Xium offer 100% customer support for everything we sell" and the ad on their internet ad reads "100% Refund Guaranteed within 30 days."
I called Xium customer service in early December to see if my credit card account had been credited the refund by Xium. I was told by customer service it was due to be credited on December 20th. I just called my credit card company (1/11/06) to see if the refund had been credited and they told me no. I have been trying to get through to Xium on the phone the past two days with no luck.
I am out $144.95, the cost of the antenna and shipping as well as another $20.00 to have the antenna shipped back to Xium for my refund. So, I am out the money and I don't even have the product in my possession to show for it.
