Futura Monitor & Fry's. Consumer Rip-off

I to have been waiting for the $40.00 rebate from Futura. I, like all the rest bought a 17" Monitor from Fry's mine in Sacramento in Jan. 2001 and have never heard a thing about the 40 Bucks. Does anyone know what is the lastest with this apparent on going problem? Fry's does not want to do anything they say "It is a Vender-Consumer Problem, And thank You for Shopping Fry's"!!!
