I purchased a Futura monitor at Fry's in July of this year. I mailed in the rebate infomation as required, but never received the $40 as promised within the 10 to 12 week waiting period as stated by Likom. I have called them to no avail. I contacted Fry's and to their credit they made copies of the information I sent to Likom and said they are working to resolve the problem.
