Purchased a Futura 17" computer monitor in May. Sent in all required receipts, UPC and rebate form to Futura for rebate. Did not get rebate. Contacted Fry's Electronics, where I purchased the monitor. Was told that they were not connected with Futura, that any problems would have to be dealt directly thru Futura. Fry's advertised this rebate and for doing so (advertising), they should be accountable for marketing promises. The rebate was the only reason I drove 30 miles to purchase the monitor.
