I required help on my pc —I'd dropped some data and have them to assist. They attempted also but coould not resolve my issue. I agreeed towards the $14.00 cost about the 4th of Dec. About The 7th of December they cost me agin but my compensation isn't mounted. I decided to the frisrt chge although not the 2nd.
