I wanted to review my order before i submitted it so that I could see what the shipping cost would be but before I knew it, the order was being processed with no chance to review it. I decided to let the order go through and get the pillows even though the shipping was ridiculous. I got the pillows and within 2 days of using them, they were totally flat. I called the company who was willing to take them back but would only refund the price of the item. I would be out the $20 shipping and the shipping cost to return them. I refused to agree to that so then they were going to give me a $5 credit&BFD! I said that was not acceptable either and then the rep said the best she could do was replace the 2 pillows at no cost to me. I agreed, reluctantly, so now I have 4 pieces of junk and still out $39.90. I also told them their ordering process was unfair and unprofessional. The consumer has the right to review an order before submitting it. I absolutely DO NOT recommend doing business with this company.
