I purchased a straight talk unlimited phone plan with ulimited data, text, and talk. 1 hour after i had my phone turned on they cut off my data. I called and it took me 45 mins after being hung up on, and told there was no manager i could talk to. They then cut the data back on. 2 weeks later they cut it off agin stating ive used too much data. I then said i paid for unlimited. They said i had to wait and let my plan expire and then pay and get the phone turned back on my data would be reinstated. So i did today May 14th. Still no data. They told me yet agin no manager nor could i get my money back i'm just out of $100 bucks. I feel ive just been robbed yet agin. Oh i do not download. I only get on facebook, check my email, google, and from time to time youtube.
