A Google shopping search for a Yamaha electronic keyboard led me to unitednetonline.com and on 12/31/2009 I purchased the keyboard at the site for $740.01 including shipping.
United Net Online sent me a confirmation of my order and a login to their site so that I could track its progress. Their policies page at http://www.unitednetonline.com/pages/Shipping - - Returns.html states the following: "We will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered. Of course, we never charge your credit card, debit card, or credit line until the product ships.". However, my credit card was charged on the same day that my order was placed for $740.01
I am able to log in to their order tracker, but the status remains the same: "Awaiting Fulfillment". I have called this company many times and left messages requesting a status. I have also e-mailed the person listed as a contact (Bryan Kizer), and I have left multiple messages using their messaging system on their site. I have heard nothing from this company since I received my order confirmation.in researching this issue I did find a report from another customer who has had the same experience who placed their order on 12/29/2009.
They have had my money for 2 weeks now and I have heard nothing from them, nor have I received my merchandise.
