It appears that I am not the only victim of this company. A Google search lead me to this web-site and I ordered a Melitta MERB10B 10c High Speed Brewer. I used my bank credit card for payment and United Net on-line immediately charged my account the same day the order was placed. This was 1/26 and the order status is only showing Awaiting fulfillment ever since. This internet company payment policy says 'it does not charge any accounts until the product ships.' This is not true! I am so upset and feel like there is nothing I can do about this company who takes peoples money and does not send the product ordered.
