Purchased Wireless Surveillance Camera System CAP001 208T4 on Dec. 11 and recieved product 2 weeks later from Singapore. Fine, but found out that the wireless camera and the receiver with USB was not compatible with my computer. Drivers and software that came with the purchase did not work. Through a series of online support and emails regarding technical support, they insisted that I send them pictures of my setup, they even asked for video. How is that going to help me, I thought. I called them and with recording permission of the conversation with my cell phone on speaker phone. The lady named Grace, said I could get an RMA w/o a problem and I asked her about the 30 day return policy, she said don't worry about it. A few days late I received an email stating:
"Thanks for your letter. We do sorry for a later reply. Please pay attention that our product is a mini USB DVR.
